- To avail the discounted 3G internet offer, customers need to send an SMS Y to 4724 (SMS charge is free) from their newly activated SIM cards (I-SIM pre/post). Within 72 hours of sending SMS, 1 GB (3G at 512 kbps) internet offer will be activated for 30 days.
- Any customer purchasing the GP Modem during the campaign period with a new I-SIM Postpaid/Prepaid can avail the discounted 3G internet offer.
- Eligible customers will get 1GB (3G at 512 kbps) internet @ BDT 150 (excluding 15% VAT, valid for 30 days). This special Internet offer can be availed maximum 10 (ten) times over next 3 (three) months from offer opt in time during campaign period after valid tagging.
- Customer needs to opt in for the offer (via SMS) each time within the campaign period to enjoy 3G internet at discounted price.
- If a customer consumes the 1GB data volume before the expiry date, h/she will be charged BDT .01/10KB till the end of the ongoing validity period and Internet will be deactivated unless h/she subscribes to any other paid GP internet package.
- Customer needs to stay bundled with Modem + SIM during the applicable data disbursement period.
- Existing EDGE/3G Heavy Browsing & Smartplan customers cannot avail this discounted 3G offer.
- If a customer migrates from one package to another, then the 1GB internet will also be forwarded to that migrated package (only for prepaid customers and from volume based to volume based packs.
- During the internet volume disbursement time, if any subscriber is found in BARRED status, we will not be able to disburse the 1 GB internet to that number.
- If the I-SIM postpaid subscriber is already enjoying an internet package, s/he can only purchase the discounted offer once the expiry of existing subscribed package volume is over & its within the specific validity period. In case of a prepaid connection, 1GB data volume will be added to the existing subscribed internet package volume.
- If a customer, who is already using a 3G GP regular internet package (in the new I-SIM), gets the 1 GB internet and if the validity of the existing internet package is lower than the discounted offer validity – then higher validity will be applicable. As a result, the existing package that the customer was using, will be auto renewed after the extended/higher validity period has expired.
- If a customer gets the free 3G data while enjoying any 3G pack, the existing 3G pack will be renewed automatically on the expiry date.
- If a customer gets the free 3G data while enjoying any EDGE pack, Internet will be deactivated after expiry date.
- To check remaining 3G data volume, dial *500*60# and to know the amount of used up volume dial *500*61#. For postpaid, SMS View Data to 4777 (SMS charge is free)
- If anyone wants to deactivate or stop using this 1GB internet offer before the expiry date they can do it by sending stop to 5000 ( free of cost).
- If a customer consumes the 1GB data volume before the expiry date, s/he will be charged BDT 0.01/10KB till the end of the ongoing validity period and Internet will be deactivated unless h/she subscribes to any other paid GP internet package.
- If a prepaid customer migrates from one package to another, then any remaining data balance will also be forwarded to that migrated package.
- Customer will get after sales service as per ZTE & Huawei’s After-Sales Service policy.
- 15% VAT applicable.
